Q: I can't enter my password to upgrade my iCloud storage

I keep getting a message that my iCloud storage is free but when I click upgrade it goes to the sign in page and it lets my enter the first letter of my password and then nothing can be typed after that so I can't log in to upgrade and the message pops up like every 5 minutes. HELP

    Hello there, MelainaE.

     

     

     

    It sounds like you're having issues with being able to complete your iCloud Storage Plan upgrade. The following Knowledge Base Article offers up some great information in regards to issues that may arise when upgrading:

    Regardless of the plan you choose, this information is pertinent:

     

     

     

    Mac

    If there's an issue with your payment information when you try to upgrade or downgrade in OS X Yosemite, you'll be asked to update your payment information. You can also update your payment method in the iTunes Store.

    If you're using OS X Mavericks or earlier, you can use the steps below or update your payment method in the iTunes Store:

    1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click iCloud.
    2. Click Manage in the lower-right corner.
    3. Click View Account.
    4. Enter the Apple ID password for your account, click View Account, then choose Edit next to Payment Information.
