Q: unlock Icloud

Hello. I have a problem with activation my iPhone 5S. I have bought the iPhone in a shop one week ago and update iOS 7.0.4 yesterday. After update iPhone has an activation screen and asks previous owner’s Apple ID and Password. I don’t know Apple ID and Password; I haven’t communication with him. I can not use my iPhone for 2 days. I am so disappointed this situation. Can you help me to disable this function, please?

There is no way to bypass the activation lock. You need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.

It doesn't matter how many times, in how many different ways you ask the question. The answer is still going to be the same. Without the original owner's information, the phone is useless to you:
