Q: Cannot turn Match off on phone.  Collection is far larger than phone memory.  Blew data allowance with ATT.  New 6s unusable.  No support threads help.  Pls advise.

Viewed threads and found no answers.  iPhone 6s is 4 days old and is unusable.  Over data and memory limits.  Thought downloads were on demand.  Can not shut Match off on phone nor can I stop the attempted downloads.  You have heard it all before.  How can I get it to do what it was advertised to do??????

Do I need to waste time at the Genius Bar or is there a fix in sight??  I have always been an apple loyalist and this is killing my faith in you.  This is appalling.

Who do I contact about reimbursement for data usage and wasted time????

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

    You are not addressing Apple here. We are just other users like yourself. Without more specific information, nobody is going to be able to offer help. You would probably be better off taking the phone to a Genius Bar and ask for their help.
