Please tell me what Apple support said when you contacted them about your issue?

Mar 21, 2016 10:54 AM in response to razmee209by Its Iram,On my Apple ID account I see no option to add or edit the phone number either. I can add/edit email though. As I try to sign in imessage or facetime using Apple ID it takes some time and then says "Verify an email address - A verified email address is required to sign in iMessage." When selected it takes me to sign my Apple ID account and nothing happens after that. What could be the reason?

Mar 21, 2016 10:59 AM in response to razmee209by Its Iram,They have escalated the issue to engineering department. Things seem to be fine on my carrier front, all parameters, settings etc. i had been able to use imessage and facetime without any problem until 3 days back when it happened. I reset my phone, network setting, toggled iMessage. Nothing worked. It did work when was signed in my my Apple ID but now it is stuck on "Waiting for activation". It did gave errors like verification failed, unable to contact Apple ID server etc. occasionally.
