I have the same problem too on my ipad mini retina

i updated my iphone a few minutes before my ipad and it worked. now i only have the problem on my ipad

So do I ... after update to iOS 9.3 I have from my iPad 3 non-functional brick

I have the same problem. I just installed ios 9.3 and the activation server is not available

On other devices in Applications the " Find iPhone" , Disable yor iPads. It worked

Same problem over here, upgrade to iOS 9.3 on iPad Air 1 Cell+WiFi. ☹️

The same upgrade on an iPhone 6 went well.

I Found a post on the development forum where they found a solution to this issue. Power off your ipad and then on an other device open find my iphone. Here you can have icloud forget your iPad (more information is available in the help section) and after this fix, power on your iPad and continue with the setup

if you have a problem with activation, log on to your computer and turn on your ipad or iphone. I did the test and it works. Have a good day ....

si vous avez un probleme d activation , connectez-vour sur votre ordinateur et activer votre ipad  ou iphone . moi j'ai fait le test et cela marche . Passe rune bonne journée ....
