App store update asking for credit card number? How do I select none (2016)?

I created my apple ID about 6 years ago back when you can select "none" as an option for credit card. recently i entered a prepaid Visa card number in order to purchase something from an app. Now there is no "none" option. And now I can't even update anything. Mainly Clash of Clans haha. And if I do create a new apple id, will my COC data transfer to the new one? Gamecenter?
