IF your referring to repeat of the photos yes that appears to be rectified but I noticed if I switch of repeat the slideshow doesn't last to long out of 7k photos better than it was

In fact, I am referring to not display the directories created in the "Photos" application such as the list of my albums of 2014.

When you launch the application "Photos" on the latest AppleTV model, the third tab is "Albums" and actually, it's not possible to see my files where my albums found (sorted by years). You know what i mean ?

I did the update yesterday and NO it did not fix the issue of not displaying the folders which contain the photo albums. Very sad about it too. I was expecting some good news about it but Apple doesn't seem to care so far...... Are we the only ones to organize our photo library this way ?

ssorry I don't understand what you mean if I go into photos ,albums I can see all my folders ok i can open them up and see all photos but cant play a slideshow directly from there is this is what you mean

What we mean is :

- in the photos app on the Mac, when you have too many photo albums, you can create directories in which you can put as many photo albums as you like. This helps you sort them out.

- on the Apple TV the directories that you created on the Mac are not showing up!!. You can only see album which are not stored in directories.

Do you get the point ?

Not me but it would great if someone could test the new beta. Thank you in advance for those who try.

It's crazy, and extremely disappointing, that this bug is continually ignored. It makes my 60,000 (and growing) family photos in iCloud Photo nearly worthless on the Apple TV. Combine that with the Apple TV 4's apparent inability to use anything but shared albums with the screensaver, and it's like they're daring me to write off the Apple TV and iCPL completely.

And curiously, this issue is strangely analogous to the other glaring functionality inconsistency/lapse that make the Apple TV inexplicably less useful and more frustrating that it should be - the bizarre lack of playlist folders in Music.

Are folders that much of a problem for the Apple TV team?

I totally agree with you the playlist in music don't appear on Apple TV 4! This is so frustrating! Another big issue which is been going on for years is the iMovie theater bug. Though I called apple many times about it, it has never been solved. The problem is that it simply doesnt work !!! You just get this stupid message : impossible to connect to icloud temporarily!!!! Many topics are open on the subject Now the question is should we continue with Apple because they seem to be deaf to all our problems.

I Think I tried all the possible ways to reach someone at Apple even on Twitter .. we must be too small customers to get their attention
