Mar 21, 2016 6:02 PM in response to Serg72by Carolyn Samit,★HelpfulIf this is a 2008 Mac it's probably running an outdated OS X.
Please reply with the OS X that is currently installed.
Click your Apple menu top left in your screen.
From the drop down menu click: About This Mac
Which OS X does it say?
Updating Safari depends on that information.

Mar 21, 2016 6:03 PM in response to Serg72by Allan Jones,★HelpfulFirst you must update to OS 10.6 buy ordering this disk from Apple:
http://www.apple.com/shop/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
Once installed and fully updated to OS10.6.6 or higher, you will have the App Store application, from which you can upgrrade to the current OS version at no charge.
However, your now-missing screen shot showed you have only 2GB RAM (memory). You will need 4GB to get any type of decent perfromance from the current Mac OS version El Capitan
