Q: I lost my news stand app how I get it again???

Newsstand was removed in iOS 9 : About News and Newsstand - Apple Support

If you used Newsstand with iOS 8, the app will become the Newsstand folder when you update to iOS 9. The folder will keep your existing magazine and newspaper apps, and you’ll be able to move and organize it like any other folder. If you don't see the Newsstand folder, you can use Search to find it.

Your Newsstand magazine and newspaper apps won't show up in the News app. But you can search in the News app to add your magazines and newspapers to your Favorites.
