Q: My iPad stopped receiving txt -- I am not sure how to get it working again.

MY iPad stopped receiving txt messages-- I have turned it on and off-- turned it off and back on in Settings and it is still not working . I can send txt messages from it but I can't get them to come back to the iPad only my phone! Any suggestions.

iPad Mini, iOS 9.2.1
