Garageband guitar lesson download = FAIL

I'm running Garageband 10.1 on a Macbook Pro, OS X 10.9.5.

I paid for the "Working Man" Alex Lifeson guitar lesson yesterday.

When Garageband attempts to download it, it *consistently* FAILS at 98% of "installation", which is the last step in the process. This has happened over a dozen times since yesterday.

What is going on?
