Fro your post, I understand that you have two separate situations happening that you need some assistance with.
We’ll begin with iTunes. You should be receiving a prompt to Run or Save the iTunes download when you see the page you mention as described in the following article. If you do not see the option to Run or Save the application, please follow the steps in the following article.
