Q: ATV 4 Cannot Purchase from App Store

Hello,

 

I am running an ATV 4 32GB with the latest TVOS, updated, today, 3/21/2016.

 

Since December, I have not been able to make purchases from the App store on the ATV, while my family account is enabled.  If I disassociate my family account, I am able to make purchases, again.  I am however able to make purchases from my phone and my Mac Mini.

 

Presently, I have $50 in iTunes credit on my account; this makes zero difference.  When purchasing, the App store repeatedly requests the security code from my credit card.  The App store is never satisfied.  I have input my security code 10 times in vain. I have spent 3-4 hours on the phone with tech support from both Apple TV and the iTunes store; no one has any idea what the problem is.

 

I have tried the following:

 

* Dissociating my Family account (This works, but then I can't share App purchases)

* Adding a different card

* Deleting the card and adding it back on

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
