MacBook Pro to HDTV
MacBook Pro suddenly stopped recognizing my HDMI cable (HDTV to MacBook Pro) and doesn't show the mirroring option. What should I do to fix this problem?

I had the same thing happen to me once.
Try plugging the HDMI cable from your computer to TV and then powering on the TV.
If that doesn't work try powering up TV, before plugging in the HDMI cable from computer.
I cannot remember which one I did, but one of them worked.
Might be worth a try.
