    Truc,

Try again later. Server demand is high and this is a common problem when a new update has just been released.

    Sheny,

Use iTunes on a computer to update your device to iOS 9.3, or if that is not available (just for the OTA install) disable "Find My iPhone." After the upgrade, re-enable "Find My iPhone.

How do I disable "Find my iPhone" if I cannot get back into the iPad?

    What exactly are your circumstances?

    What steps have you taken?

How did you try to upgrade?

You may get better responses to your problem if you posted your own question.

After installing software IOS 9.3, It could not be activated, I tried all the suggestions and none solve the problem. This morning i went to the Apple store in Aventura , FL

They were unable to activate my IPad nor restore it..

My IPad is now not working at all and is useless.

I was told that before updating I agreed to the terms and conditions, I did so

I had an IPad working perfectly before updating and now It is garbage.

My advice is dont update and think twice before buying an other Apple product.

I've tried using iTunes many many times along with over the air installs. I've even tried iTunes on several computers (Max & Windows.)

check out other threads for possible solutions. Some work for some people others don't and like me you have to reset to factory settings and then restore a back up.

I had same issue 2 days ago but 2 things I tried and it worked.

    1. login iCloud and remove my iPad from find my iPhone.

    2. Downloaded latest iTunes Software and restored iPad.

in order to restore you can

    1. Shut it down.

    2. Start Latest Itunes on you MAC/PC

    3. Place 30 pin connect into iPad and press HOME button unless you see sign of "ITune Connect" on your ipad.

    4. Let iTtunes  download software update for you

    5. Restore your iPad as new or from older backup.

    6. I ended up restoring as New iPad

After that iPad worked fine and upgrade with 9.3 Os too.
