My iPad Pro Smart Keyboard stopped working. The message says that "this accessory is not supported by this device". Does anyone know about this? What's the problem and fix?

I have a glap contact between iPad Pro and keyboard, sooooo frustrating, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t... took it to the apple store, they reset the iPad, but still no luck... what to do? Do I have to buy a new keyboard?

I replaced mine, still won’t reconize. And other ideas?
