İphone 6s Distorted Speaker Sound

İ have been using iphone 6s for 1 month.When i try to listening music, i hear distorted sounds on my speaker.I went to Apple Store 2 weeks ago.My phone is tested by Genius guy.Their test was normal but sound is not good for genius and all people who i asking.She gave me a new Iphone 6s.However i have same problem, i have distorted sound.I upgraded 2 hours ago to 9.3 but it doesn't work.It isn't relevant software then this is hardware problem i think.Apple sell DEFECTİVE products for all people? It is the most expensive and my first iphone i have ever use.What can i do now this problematique product?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

If I understand correctly, you're hearing distorted audio from multiple apps on your replacement iPhone 6s. Try taking a look at the article linked below which provides a lot of great information and troubleshooting tips that will resolve distorted sound issues on iOS devices.

Hi Jason L,

I have taken every step and more before asking this question.Also i was waiting for ios 9.3 for fix this problem and doesn't change.I am really upset.In addition, not only me, almost the most iphone 6s and 6s plus users have this problem too.We all have defective products.This problem doesn't fix since going on sale.I read all questions people who expressing this problem.Why no recall?Is it the strategy for newest?I don't understand...
