My charger was working properly but now when i plugged in its not charging i have tried it couple of times restarting it but still its light dosent turn orange its still shimmer green
What should i do can any body help.

If the charge level of the battery had reached 100%, the OSX will stop charging the battery until the battery charge level falls below 95% but will power the MBP. Check the charge level.

My battery level is 21 % and i have tried resetting the SMC but still it's the same.

Note that an error free AHT is not conclusive.
Open System Information>Power and post this from your MBP:
Make certain that the charger is connected.
