Nahh that would be a waste of time, Apple is a mess right now regarding their software we all know that...

Apple Confirms iOS 9.3.2 Has A Serious Problem

and they are talking about one of their "star products" the ipad pro 9.7"....can you imagine the attention they are currently giving to the iTunes for WINDOWS??? i can lol 0.

They didn't fix anything, you just changed your dpi settings to 125% and it worked on Windows 10....

As I said before, I HAVE 125% DPI settings in Windows 10 Pro. And it is not working !!!

So your argument to change it to 125% is not correct. I have this setting.

If I change to 100% everything is perfectly fine, but all my icons and text is to small on my screen and not readable.

I did a lot of life chats with Apple for this problem. And I called the helpdesk. Finally I had someone from tech support. She looked together with me on my computer.

And the answer was:

"It is not a settings problem in iTunes. It works in 100% DPI so we can't do anything for you."

You have to leave a feedback for the engineers. And if there are a lot of feedbacks about this, maybe they will look to this problem."

So, everyone, please leave a feedback, maybe we are lucky and they will look to this in a while.

I have the same issues with Windows 7 and iTunes - the app store is unusable.

Although the "trick" with the DPI setting works for me all other applications look pixelated.

No option for me to go that route.

So instead of me finding a workaround I did that:

I stopped all buying stuff on the iTunes stores. Period!

I am unwilling to support Apple in not fixing this and getting additional revenue from me.

I hope others will do so as well. Apple only cares for money - so do not give it to them.

Can someone tell me the point of having a "community" when Apple doesn't even bother to offer a suggestion on these pages. I am on Windows 7 and will not be changing anytime soon, as some of my programs will not work effectively on Windows 10 and I would like to see problems are fixed with those programs before doing anything. I noticed a 'wow, people still on XP' like they have the plague, perhaps they too have issues with equipment they use and an upgrade would render them useless. I have been unable to open iTunes properly for weeks - I hadn't done an upgrade when I first noticed it, so did the update thinking that would fix it. Guess not. After changing a couple of setting in iTunes, I am now finding that all the places I visit are now way too small. I changed them back and still everything is small. Just how much access do these programs have to our computers that changes can be made without consultation. An elderley relative had a pop up box on her computer yesterday that said Windows 10 would be installed at 11.00 am - I told her to stay off the computer til a tech could have a look at it. Apple, if I cant see it I cant buy it.

Things have certainly changed since Steve died, and not for the better. Has anyone downloaded the most recent version of iTunes? I got the notification that a new version was available, but the last time I updated it turned out to be the present disaster of giant fonts making it impossible to view or buy content.

I have a credit balance because I buy iTunes cards. Maybe I'll send Apple an email and ask for a refund.
