Q: iTunes 12.3.3 fonts size are now way too BIG!

I have tried your suggestion. It has absolutely zero effect. The UI is still messed up. And, if there is some trick to using this version of iTunes, then Apple should document it and make sure it actually works. FWIW, I have the problem on both Windows 7 and Windows 10. And lastly, I've sent the info to Apple support. That sound you hear is the reply as delivered by the Apple crickets......

Yes, iTunes Feedback and Apple Bug Reporter are generally black holes, but they claim to read all that is sent to them, and sometimes things change as a result.

This was a problem for me only on my Windows laptop, which I'm viewing through a large monitor.  I was able to fix it by monkeying with the resolution - the DPI setting was on 125 percent, enlarging all words and images. By setting it to 100 percent, I restored Apple Music to readable size.  When viewing music on 'for you' or 'browse' I couldn't see or click most of the offerings.

@drubi - Unfortunately for those of us using HiDPI monitors in Windows, with scaling set to 125% or higher, this isn't a solution for us. Adjusting scaling to 100%, just makes the Windows desktop and the UI & text in all our other DPI aware apps, too small to be readable.

Hopefully Apple will provide a fix for this problem in a future update. I've been following another bug in iTunes that was fixed a year after it was first reported on here, so it might be a few months before this is solved (fingers crossed, it will be sooner). I've also noticed (and I'm probably not the first to do so) that this problem applies to the For You, Browser and Radio pages as well.

I talked to Apple support about this problem today - they directed me to this thread. At least they are aware there's concern about this issue in Windows. The 100-percent setting makes me squint as well.

The fact that Apple support are aware of this problem, at least sounds promising to me - thanks for this information. I get the feeling though, that Apple's Windows software is lower priority for them. If this was a bug that was occurring in iTunes for macOS, I'm sure it would get fixed a lot sooner.

What is strange to me is that setting the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" option at the Compatibility tab doesn't make ANY difference. And it used to fix some font problems some versions ago.

I think they're putting some kind of override here that just doesn't work for the "webview" part of the software. The developers should review this, PLEASE.

Meanwhile, we could find some workaround that didn't involve any modification in the system (or its settings, such as setting the DPI scaling to 100%), but only in iTunes itself.
