May 21, 2016 11:59 AM in response to fujin_spiritby hornacho,Same here. no changes despite my hour long phone calls to Apple. I'm hoping maybe they just didn't get to fixing the problem? I don't know anymore. I still may consider calling again and seeing what they say this time.

May 23, 2016 2:11 AM in response to SapphireGirlby Alex Schneider,I have the same issues with Windows 7 and iTunes - the app store is unusable.
Although the "trick" with the DPI setting works for me all other applications look pixelated.
No option for me to go that route.
So instead of me finding a workaround I did that:
I stopped all buying stuff on the iTunes stores. Period!
I am unwilling to support Apple in not fixing this and getting additional revenue from me.
I hope others will do so as well. Apple only cares for money - so do not give it to them.

May 24, 2016 4:11 PM in response to psikofunksterby suzannfrommelbourne,Can someone tell me the point of having a "community" when Apple doesn't even bother to offer a suggestion on these pages. I am on Windows 7 and will not be changing anytime soon, as some of my programs will not work effectively on Windows 10 and I would like to see problems are fixed with those programs before doing anything. I noticed a 'wow, people still on XP' like they have the plague, perhaps they too have issues with equipment they use and an upgrade would render them useless. I have been unable to open iTunes properly for weeks - I hadn't done an upgrade when I first noticed it, so did the update thinking that would fix it. Guess not. After changing a couple of setting in iTunes, I am now finding that all the places I visit are now way too small. I changed them back and still everything is small. Just how much access do these programs have to our computers that changes can be made without consultation. An elderley relative had a pop up box on her computer yesterday that said Windows 10 would be installed at 11.00 am - I told her to stay off the computer til a tech could have a look at it. Apple, if I cant see it I cant buy it.

May 28, 2016 8:25 AM in response to SapphireGirlby kimothy22,Same here.
Mine looks exactly the same. It is impossible to browse the iTunes Store or buy anything.
I simply don't understand how apple does not do anything even though so many people experience the same issue...

May 28, 2016 11:08 AM in response to kimothy22by Integrity Kevin,Win 8.1 here, iTunes store has been disabled by Apple for several versions of iTunes now due to this issue. Crazy. Apple incompetence writing software and obviously not testing it either.

May 28, 2016 7:57 PM in response to Integrity Kevinby LindyD,Things have certainly changed since Steve died, and not for the better. Has anyone downloaded the most recent version of iTunes? I got the notification that a new version was available, but the last time I updated it turned out to be the present disaster of giant fonts making it impossible to view or buy content.
I have a credit balance because I buy iTunes cards. Maybe I'll send Apple an email and ask for a refund.

May 29, 2016 11:30 AM in response to Integrity Kevinby Integrity Kevin,I went to 12.4.0.119. Still a total mess. I pulled it up on my Mac to what it is supposed to look like. The whole design is a mess. Even on a Mac, though it works, it looks crap. Apple makes decent crazy over priced hardware and they have to give away the software cause it is so bad.

Jun 7, 2016 7:12 PM in response to psikofunksterby JasonSha,It still broken as of 6-7-2016. Things really have gone downhill at Apple. No way a problem preventing people from buying in the itunes store goes 2 weeks under Jobs. Epic fail....

Jun 10, 2016 10:03 PM in response to psikofunksterby psikofunkster,I mean, really?, first the currently unfixed iTunes issues and now the Apple support forums are a mess too? sigh...
My personal guess is they don't want us to complain about anything anymore, i think i can now imagine how things are gonna be next week with the upcoming Apple Store "improvements" its gonna be a real mess.
