There is no way to bypass the activation lock. You need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. This is the only way. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.

Okay, but I use it with my user than two years now after the update from 9.2.1 to 9.3 happen. I do not know how to contact the previous owner

Unfortunately it does not matter how long you've been using your device. Only the previous owner may remove it from the list of devices. In other case device is useless. None here may help you to activate your device and there is no way to bypass the activation lock.
