Red on my phone is now pink"

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can help! I noticed yesterday that a lot of things on my phone that should be red are now pink. The notification bubbles, anything in settings, the line under a word that is incorrect, the end call sign.. etc All the apps still display a red colour though. I'm lost to know what to do because from researching, I don't think you should be able to change from red.

I've done an update today, no change. Turned the phone on and off, but nothing, so I'm a little lost.
