My Apple ID has been disabled and I forgot the answers to the security questions as well as the email address I used. What to do?

I really need your help right now. My little brother had a lot of attempts on typing wrong passwords on my icloud account, **********.com After he used my ipad, I took it to restart and update it and of course in the activation, apple id and password is needed so I typed the icloud apple id and the real password. and after that, this one appeared... "Your Appleid has been disabled for security reasons... etc.." I can't remember the answers in the security questions and as well the email, what else can I do to unlock my locked AppleId?
