Mar 22, 2016 7:25 AM in response to davidfromeden prairieby behjeh,Seems to be a common problem after updating to iOS 9.3, particularly for older devices. I have had the same problem with my iPhone 5. I did find the following post, which had more information, but have not tried anything yet.
I can't activate my Ipad after upgrading to iOS 9.3
So far, I have been trying periodically for a couple of hours and have not had any luck activating my device, so my phone is basically bricked for now.
