Q: This requires DEP and VPP programs to be running in your country. Should this not be listed as a requirement above as most of the world does not have these programs?

The Classroom App for iOS 9.3 provides many amazing features but these are limited to the few countries that have DEP and VPP programs in place. This list has remained stagnant for over a year now and there is not one African or South American country on the list. The programs are not available in Brazil, Russia, India, China or South Africa. While these markets may not be big revenue generators - Sub- Saharan Africa represents 3.3% of world Tablet sales - why not extend these programs to where the largest number of people under the age of 25 live.
