Update broke VNC Screen sharing. VNC password length is capped in settings.

VNC screen sharing worked fine on 10.9.5 until this update.

I get now an errors as if no valid user can be found...

In the settings app, remote management, the VNC password length also seems to be reduced.

Quite a critical bug as we use VNC to connect to teacher's laptops from the PC controlling the classroom beamer in a university setting.
