Q: downloaded upgrade yesterday, now cant get back in. ipad doesnt recognise id ot password. help pleas your upgrade has killed my ipade

Please help me. my ipad ran great until I downloaded the update yesterday, now I can't get back in, does not recognize my address or password...

the update killed my ipad. how can I get it back online?

Is there any chance you have purchased second hand iPad? If yes you need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.
