Oh man..
I am using Logic Pro x, and no sound is coming out from my track all of a sudden. Just before a message came up on the screen saying that system is overloaded. How do I prevent this? I do delete the unused tracks in the Browser, but I feel I may not be treating the program correctly?
And this is being shown in the Inspector:
Which doesn't look very good at all...

Go to.. -----> Logic's Preferences/Audio Make sure that Core Audio is Enabled (checked) you may also need to reset your audio Input/output devices... however it sounds like Core audio was disabled for some reason.
Thank you for your answer. I am afraid my Core Audio was already on, but I will try your suggestion with reseting my audio Input/output devices. I only have a Focusrite audio interface,with a mic connected to it, connected to my macbook. My knowledge of this whole thing is very limited.. Do you just mean disconnect the audio interface from my macbook?

Disable Core Audio, wait a few seconds then enable it.
Are you monitoring through the Focusrite or Built-In audio? In Logic the Focusrite should be The Input Device and Hopefully the Focusrite is the Output Device as it will sound much better than Built-In audio.
