Why not in the list of countries Azerbaijan and Georgia ??? I am citizen of Georgia, but currently working and living in Azerbaijan. The absence of these countries creates barriers to e-payment. As I said I currently in the territory of Azerbaijan can't use either Visa and Master Card, and also problem with cards issued in Azerbaijan !!! What is the reason, you can explain ???
