Macbook Pro MD101 Upgrading

Question

I Have a MacBook Pro MD101 (Mid-2012) and I changed my Hard to:

Samsung 850-Evo-SATAIII-250GB

and I want to Upgrade my Ram to 8Gb

1. Does it worth that I change my Ram or not?

2. Can I Upgrade anything Else like CPU or ...?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

Only the hard drive and the RAM are upgradeable. Most other things are integral with the logic board, not slotted.
