Q: How well does the 27" Thunderbolt display work for editing photographs in PS or Lightroom?  Is it compatible with the New Mac Pro?

Hi,

I was wondering how well the 27" Thunderbolt display works for editing photographs in PS or Lightroom?

Is it compatible with the New Mac Pro?

How does it differ from the Cinema display?

Are they ever available from Apple as refurb units?

Thanks

very compatible with the 2013 Mac Pro. Acts as a thunderbolt dock also except USB2. Much more compatible than any third party Displays I've tried but third party Display run better with the Apple display connected as a dual display system.

I have a 23" Apple Cinema display which I would use in conjunction with the TB display.  Do I just connect a TB cable from my NMP to the back of the TB Display or does the TB Display have another way to connect?
