iTunes error 0xE8000003 and iPhone asks for itunes after restore.

Hey everyone!
I have an 8GB iPhone 4 which hangs on initial setup and asks for iTunes, but when I connect to my PC (Windows 7 with the latest version of iTunes), it gives me error 0xE8000003.

What should i do?

Try the troubleshooting steps here > If you see a '0xE' error when you connect your iOS device to a PC
