You may find it helpful to schedule an appointment to try on Apple Watch at an Apple Retail Store, to see whether any Apple bands fit you any better / more comfortably.
If you are willing to forgo the warranty on your Sport Band, another option may be to punch an additional hole in your band (a local jeweller, for example, may be able to do this for you).
