Q: how can I reactivate my iphone after activating activation lock

Successfully enter the Apple ID and password used to enable Find My Phone.

it tells me that I have the incorrect apple id and password. I need to have the correct apple id and password to which the phone was locked with. It went disabled because the kids typed in the wrong code so many times. I can not unlock/activate it now

Just to be clear, are you talking about your Apple ID & password or your iPhone passcode?  For passcode, see this article:
