Supervised Mode fails with error in Apple Configurator

Hello,

We are trying to use Apple Configurator 2 to setup an iPhone 5s in "supervised mode". When selecting "prepare" and following the steps, the process fails with this error message:

[NSMachErrorDomain – 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF (-1) [sys = 0x3F, sub = 0xFFF, code = 0x3FFF (16383)]]

This happens just after Step 3/5, installing iOS. The phone is wiped out but is NEVER put in supervised mode, Apple Configurator lists the device under the "unsupervised" section. Any ideas?????

I have this problem too.

I'm working on deployment plan for our iPads, and in testing this I get that error message too.

Not every time, but I keep making changes to the setup, and then some times it fails with that message.

Then I erase all data from the iPad and try again. Something this works and other times I get the error again.
