iOS 9.3 - iPad 2 error 16383 during activation

Hi all,

I updated my iPad2 to the new iOS 9.3 OS.

After the updating process when the iPad ask me to complete the installation I receive one error "iPad Activation Fail".

I tried several times to complete the activation but always fail.

I also tried to activate the iPad using Apple Configurator 2 software on my Mac but receive the following error:

The translation is:

Unexpected error during activation of "iPad di Filippo"

It is impossibile to complete the operation. (NSMach ....

Some one can help me to sole this problem?
