Manufacturers white line touch screen unresponsive defect
If someone buys a phone for over $1000 and it has a manufacturers defect at 16 months the manufacturer should take responsibility for the defect. They should NOT try and charge $350 to fix the phone especially when I still owe $350 on phone still. I have been a loyal Apple customer for over a decade and own many Apple product, sadly I am no longer an Apple customer.
People shouldn't have to buy Apple care warranties for manufacturer defects, Apple care should be for accidents or damage.
anyone have any suggestions on how to fix the top of the screen white line unresponsive touch screen issue that doesn't cost $350?
