Handoff/Continuity stopped working after 10.11.4

Tried upgrade via app store and also clean install, Handoff/Continuity still broken for me on my MBP 2015. I also do not have the option to connect to PERSONAL HOTSPOT when click the WIFI icon from menu bar...


My iPhone 5s and iPad air still can do Handoff/Continuity between each other. But not with the MBP anymore running 10.11.4...


I tried all the options apple suggests but makes no difference.


Suggestion?

Honestly, I did nothing this morning. I booted the computer up and it asked for to enter iCloud password...I tried but somehow it stuck. So I rebooted the computer. Once it is up, all work.


If you really ask what I changed since the fresh installation, I logout from iCloud on MBP and manually deleted the apple certs/keys from keychain. Then rebooted the laptop. This was an attempt to try to fix the imessage/facetime issue, which was fixed by itself this morning as well...
