Q: changed apple id, restore requires old apple id and password

I changed my apple Id about a moth ago and shortly before that backed up my phone. Now I am trying to do a restore on my new phone from the cloud but it is requiring the password from my old apple id, which I dont remember. What do I do?!

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I see that you have forgotten the password to an encrypted iTunes backup. Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn the encryption or recover the information. See the following excerpt from the attached article.
There is no way to recover your information or turn off Encrypt Backup if you lose or forget the password.

Enter your old Apple ID and click Forgot Password,
