How to wake iPad w/ Apple bluetooth keyboard touchs?

Question

Just updated our iOS to 9.3 and now cannot wake our iPads with Apple bluetooth keyboards by touching any keys or spacebars.

Looked through all Settings and Googled around, but no answers found.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Force restart the iPads ...

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

If that doesn't help, re "pair" the iPads with the keyboards > Set up and use third-party Bluetooth accessories

I did both options, but still un-wakeable.
