I recently went to the website http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ to opt out of all internet based advertising, while using Chrome on a MBA 2012 running Mavericks. I had to disable cookie blocking by un-checking "Block third party cookies and site data" on my Chrome settings in order to opt out. After the website confirmed that I had opted out of ~100 advertisers, I re-checked the setting so I am again blocking third party cookies. My question is--is it ok to have that setting checked or does it need to be turned off in order for the opt out to continue to work? Thanks
