IPHONE Apple ID Issues

I downloaded the new Iphone soft wear - when it was rebooting, it needed my ORIGINAL Apple ID and password "that was used to set up the phone" - I have NO CLUE what that was. I have reset my Apple ID and have a new password - but that does NOT work on my phone - and now I am WITHOUT a cell phone. HELP??? Luke

It sounds like there's an issue activating your iPhone after updating to the latest version of iOS and changing your Apple ID password.
