I just updated my iphone 5s to the newest ios. I cant remember my apple id and password that I originally used when activating my phone. Also, obviously I'm getting the security questions wrong in order to reset my id and password. My phone is currently locked up because of this issue and I need to fix this problem ASAP. please HELP!

Has anyone responded to you yet - I have the SAME issue !!! Luke - I downloaded the new Iphone soft wear - when it was rebooting, it needed my ORIGINAL Apple ID and password "that was used to set up the phone" - I have NO CLUE what that was. I have reset my Apple ID and have a new password - but that does NOT work on my phone - and now I am WITHOUT a cell phone. HELP??? Luke
