You need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.

Mar 23, 2016 12:30 AM in response to thunderzzzby tiggers01,This is my phone I got it brand new. I did a reset on it when it asked me to and now it won't let be back in at all:( I get ACTIVATE IPHONE) then it say's " this phone is liked to Apple ID. Enter the Apple ID and password that were used to set up this phone (z.....@iclould.com) which I don't remember any of it. I have gone to the web sight a lot of times and reset my password and I enter it in my phone and it keeps saying NO.

Mar 23, 2016 7:47 PM in response to tiggers01by villamarin,i just spent an hour at the Apple "Genius Bar" before they admitted this is a known problem. Best they could do is tell me to call Apple support. I'm going on 24 hours with no phone. Restores, updates, nothing works so far. I'm hoping I get some help!
