Q: cannot use my ipad after updating to 9.3

hi i can no longer access my apple id and forgot the password both ID and yahoo mails. Is there any way how to access my ipad? It say " This ipad is linked to an apple id. Enter the apple ID and password that were used to setup this iPAD C********2yahoo.com" Please help.thanks
