CAN I RECOVER LOST TEXT FROM A MICROSOFT WORD DOCUMENT IN MAC PRO LAPTOP? PLS. ADVISE
If I understand correctly, you cut a presumably large amount of text from a MS Word document, did not paste it anywhere else and by the time you realized, it was no longer in the buffer. Or, you pasted over a block of old text with new which turned out to be unwanted, but by the time you realized, Undo was no longer an option.
In either case, the missing text was held in an anonymous buffer and is lost. There is no magic or secret incantation to resuscitate it.
