I suppose you're using iTunes for syncing your calendar data to iPhone.
And in order to make your iPhone 6S and Outlook sync properly you should establish 2-way syncing.
For this you could use iCloud (Free) or AkrutoSync ($35):
1) iCloud:
From the iPhone go to “Settings” > “iCloud” and ensure your iCloud account is setup and signed in.
Install iCloud on your computer. Open it and check the "Calendars" option.
That's it.
2) AkrutoSync:
Install it on your PC. Open it and choose what Configure AkrutoSync.
Follow step-by-step guide. You would need 2-3 minutes to set it up and then you'll have your own Exchange server.

Both options are good for you, but the second one is better if you don't like using a cloud for your personal information.
