Me and my colleges have some issues with the calendar.
When we are doing a new activity in iphone it doesn't sync to our calendar in outlook. But it syncs to iphone when we are doing an activity in outlook.
What should we do so it syncs both ways?

Hello.
I suppose you're using iTunes for syncing your calendar data to iPhone.
And in order to make your iPhone 6S and Outlook sync properly you should establish 2-way syncing.
For this you could use iCloud (Free) or AkrutoSync ($35):
1) iCloud:
From the iPhone go to “Settings” > “iCloud” and ensure your iCloud account is setup and signed in.
Install iCloud on your computer. Open it and check the "Calendars" option.
That's it.
2) AkrutoSync:
Install it on your PC. Open it and choose what Configure AkrutoSync.
Follow step-by-step guide. You would need 2-3 minutes to set it up and then you'll have your own Exchange server.

Both options are good for you, but the second one is better if you don't like using a cloud for your personal information.
