Q: reset iphone 4s to factory settings

My daughter has passed her old iPhone to me but I cannot restore it to factory settings as it keeps telling me it's still registered to her! Please help!

You need to ask your daughter to remove this iPhone from her list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.

Using her iCloud login I've managed to access her iCloud account but when I click on "Find my iPhone" there's nothing there - "No devices found"!
