Q: hi after recent upgrade by apple to newer version of ios 9 i forgot my password and apple id what can I do?

hi i have forgotten my apple id and password and my apple i phone is asking for these two items please can you help ?

this happened

this happened  after apple automatically  did upgrade to newer version of ios9 an hour ago

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2
